Team WOD

2 min per station with 15 seconds to reach the next station.  One person works at a time.  After completing the circuit once, rest 4 min and repeat for another round.  

1.  Barbell complex - 1 Power clean (135/95), 1 Jerk, 1 bent-over-row

2.  Battle rope slams

3.  Row for cal

4. Wall balls (20/14) - if ball touches the floor both partners perform 10 burpees

5. KB Thrusters (53/35 ea hand)
